Fort Mill School District joins Silfab Solar legal fight

In an emergency vote, the Fort Mill School District board decided to file a motion asking a judge to consider its health and safety concerns about the Silfab Solar plant behind the new Fort Mill Middle School. A judge earlier affirmed that solar panel manufacturing is prohibited in that light-industrial zone.
